Shipping Methods & Costs

Worldwide Standard Shipping:
FREE shipping on all orders.
Express Shipping:
FedEx Courier – €25.00

We carefully select our logistics partners to ensure fast, reliable, and secure delivery wherever you are.

Delivery Timeframes

In-stock items (Standard Shipping):
Delivered within 10–15 business days after order confirmation.
Express Shipping (FedEx):
Delivered within up to 10 business days.

If delivery times are extended, customers will be informed via email and, when relevant, through our social media channels (Instagram & Facebook).

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
When your package has been dispatched, a tracking code will be sent so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery Address & Responsibility

Orders are delivered to the address selected during checkout.

BIANCA SHAK-TI is not responsible for delivery delays or issues caused by:

incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer
circumstances beyond our control once the package has been handed over to the logistics partner

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged due to transportation, you have the right to request a replacement or price adjustment. Damage to outer packaging alone is not considered product damage.

In the rare event that a package is lost during delivery, we offer 100% compensation.
