Choosing Your Products

Browse our collection and select the pieces that speak to you. Explore product images, read detailed descriptions, and choose your preferred color and size using our European size chart, carefully adapted for the perfect fit.
Once you’ve selected your variation, add the item to your cart (or save it to your wishlist). Please make sure to confirm both size and color before adding the product.

Different Sizes Within One Set

Unfortunately, we are unable to mix sizes within the same set. To ensure the best fit, we recommend reviewing the adjustable features shown in the product images — many panties and garter belts are adjustable.
If you have a fuller bust or are between two cup sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size for comfort.

Shopping Cart

We’ve designed our cart to be simple and intuitive. At this stage, you may also create an account if you wish.
After entering your details (address, parcel locker, phone number), please double-check that everything in your cart is exactly as you desire. Then, proceed to select your preferred shipping method.

Shipping

We offer FREE shipping to each order. We also have express shipping with Fedex, which costs 25.00€.

Payment

Payments are processed through Shopify platform, allowing you to choose from multiple major banks.
You can also pay via card payment, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
After completing your payment, please click “Return to merchant” to confirm your order.

Order Overview

The best way to keep track of your orders is by creating a customer account. This allows you to view your order history, product list, and order statuses anytime.

Emails & Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing all essential details.
Please keep all emails until your package has arrived, as they include important information should you wish to return an item or contact us with questions.

Delivery Time

Delivery starts from 10 business day to 15 business days. We also offer Fedex which takes about 7 business days.

Returns

If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 14 days by emailing info@biancashakti.com.
We will replace the item with a new one or, if unavailable, offer an alternative. More details can be found in our Terms & Conditions.

Exchanges

If the size doesn’t fit as expected, you may exchange the item for another size or model.
Please contact us at info@bianca.ee. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
The exchange process may take up to 14 days.
