Returns

At BIANCA, we want you to feel confident and cared for when shopping with us. Please review our Returns & Exchanges policy below, created to be clear, fair, and transparent.

Standard Returns Timeframes

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns requested outside of the applicable return period will not be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and health reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

Lingerie
Swimwear and bikinis
Hosiery, stockings, and socks
Gift cards

These items are exempt from the right of withdrawal once delivered.

Condition of Returned Items

All eligible returns must meet the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags
The BIANCA branded box must be undamaged and securely packed

BIANCA reserves the right to deduct the cost of damaged branded packaging from the refund amount. Branded boxes are not considered transport packaging.

Exchanges

If you received an item that does not fit as expected, you may request an exchange for another size or model (subject to availability).

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@bianca.ee within 14 days of receiving your order.

The exchange process may take up to 14 days once the returned item has arrived at our warehouse.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@bianca.ee.

Please include:

Your full name
Order number
Description of the issue (photos are appreciated)

If the item is confirmed as defective or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return and exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer (up to €10), unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as BIANCA SHAK-TI is not responsible for lost return parcels.
