Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the legal relationship between customers of the Bianca.ee online store (hereinafter the Customer) and HOUSE OF BUNNIES OÜ (hereinafter Biancashakti) arising from the purchase and sale of goods.

1.2. By registering as a user of Biancashakti and/or purchasing products, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions and to the rights and obligations arising from the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

1.3. Biancashakti reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions and product prices. Any such changes will be published on the Biancashakti website.

1.4 Biancashakti is a international site for www.bianca.ee and uses it´s email: info@bianca.ee.


2. Entry into Force of the Sales Contract

2.1. The Customer purchases and Biancashakti sells products offered in the online store.

2.2. The sales contract between the Customer and Biancashakti enters into force:

  • upon receipt of the payable amount to the bank account of HOUSE OF BUNNIES OÜ when payment is made via bank link; or

  • upon confirmation of the order if a payment deadline has been agreed with the Customer and payment is made based on an invoice.

2.3. By placing an order or making a payment in the Biancashakti online store, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.


3. Prices

3.1. All prices in the Biancashakti online store are displayed in euros or dollars and include VAT. VAT registration number: EE102547982.

3.2. Biancashakti reserves the right to adjust prices. If the Customer submits an order before a price change takes effect, the price displayed in the shopping cart at the time of order placement shall apply.


4. Purchase Process, Payment, and Gift Cards

4.1. To shop at the Biancashakti online store, the Customer selects desired products and adds them to the shopping cart. The Customer may log in or register an account if needed. The shopping cart requires the Customer’s personal and delivery information.

4.2. Once accurate information has been provided, the Customer may choose the delivery method and payment option.

4.3. The Customer must pay 100% of the order amount to confirm the order.

4.4. After payment, the Customer will receive informational emails regarding the order. Further details about the purchase process can be found on the website.

4.5. Gift cards are intended for the personal use of the cardholder only. Gift cards may not be shared with third parties or publicly distributed (e.g., on social media or forums).

4.5.1. The cardholder is responsible for keeping the gift card code secure and confidential. If the code is disclosed to third parties due to the cardholder’s negligence, Biancashakti may invalidate the gift card and/or claim compensation for damages caused by misuse.

4.5.2. BIANCA reserves the right to invalidate a gift card (including cancelling all orders made using that code) in cases of misuse, including intentional or negligent sharing of the code.

4.5.3. In case of suspected misuse, BIANCA has the right to initiate an investigation and take necessary measures to recover damages.

4.5.4. Gift cards purchased from the online store are valid for 5 months. BIANCA may request the order number to verify the validity period if expiration is suspected.


5. Delivery Terms

5.1. After the sales contract enters into force, Biancashakti will send the Customer an order confirmation and a tracking code once the package has been dispatched.

5.1.1. Estimated delivery time is displayed on the product page. Items in stock are delivered within up to 15 business days after confirmation.

5.2. Goods are delivered to the address or parcel locker specified by the Customer, or by courier to the Customer’s address.

5.3. Biancashakti is not liable for delivery delays if the goods have been handed over to logistics partners on time and the delay is caused by circumstances beyond Bianca.ee’s control.

5.4. Biancashakti is not responsible for delivery delays or misunderstandings caused by inaccurate information provided by the Customer during order placement.

5.5. The Customer has the right to request replacement of goods damaged during transport or a price adjustment. Damage to product packaging alone is not considered damage to the goods.

5.6. If replacement is not possible, the amount paid for the goods will be refunded to the Customer.


6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

6.1. In accordance with §56(1) of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

6.1.1. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that cannot be returned due to their nature, including lingerie, swimwear, beachwear, hosiery, and socks.

6.1.2. Returned goods must reach the seller within 14 days from the date of withdrawal.

6.1.3. Purchased gift cards cannot be returned or cancelled.

6.1.4. Orders already in processing cannot be cancelled. The right of withdrawal begins after receipt of the goods.

6.2. Pursuant to §53(4) of the Law of Obligations Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the Customer’s personal requirements or to goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened (e.g., lingerie and bikinis).

6.3. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and securely packaged in the original packaging so that the branded BIANCA box is not damaged.

6.4. Return and exchange shipping costs are borne by the Customer (max €10 pursuant to §194(4) of the Law of Obligations Act), except where the return is due to non-conformity or defective goods.

6.5. To return goods, the Customer must submit a return request by email to info@bianca.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods. The request must include the Customer’s name, order number, and a description of the defect.

6.6. Upon withdrawal from the contract, Biancashakti will refund the amount paid without undue delay, but no later than 14 days after the goods have been received by Biancashakti.

6.7. The Customer must return the goods without delay, but no later than 14 days from receipt of the order.


7. Complaints and Claims Procedure

7.1. In accordance with the Law of Obligations Act, the Customer has the right to submit claims for non-conformity of goods within two years from receipt of the goods. For defects appearing within the first six months, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of purchase unless proven otherwise by the seller.

7.2. If a defect appears, the Customer must notify Bianca.ee by email at info@bianca.ee, providing the Customer’s name, order number, product name, and description of the defect. The notification must be submitted within two months of discovering the defect.

7.3. Biancashakti is not liable for:

  • damage caused by the Customer’s fault or negligence;

  • defects resulting from improper use of the product;

  • normal wear and tear due to ordinary use.

7.4. In case of defective goods, the Customer has the right to request free repair or replacement. The appropriate solution is agreed between the parties; however, the seller generally decides whether to repair or replace the product. The Customer may request a price reduction or terminate the contract and receive a refund if:

  • repair or replacement is not possible;

  • repair or replacement fails; or

  • the seller does not remedy the defect within a reasonable time.


8. Liability and Force Majeure

8.1. Biancashakti is liable to the Customer, and the Customer is liable to Biancashakti, for damages caused by breach of these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

8.2. Biancashakti is not liable for damages or delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its control or that could not have been reasonably foreseen.


9. Privacy

9.1. By using the Biancashakti website, the Customer gives clear and informed consent to the processing of their personal data by Bianca.ee.

9.2. Biancashakti uses the Customer’s personal data solely for fulfilling purchase orders and does not disclose such data to third parties.

9.3. Biancashakti has the right to use the Customer’s personal data for sending newsletters and promotional messages.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved primarily through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the parties have the right to contact the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory
